Delivery Area
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Unfortunately, we're unable to offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Same-day dispatch: Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT on a working day will typically be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends and bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, you can expect your order to arrive within 5–7 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to courier delays, adverse weather conditions, or high-demand periods such as bank holidays and the festive season.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
Missed Deliveries
If you're not available to receive your parcel, the courier will usually leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. Please follow the courier's process to arrange a convenient alternative.
